Dr. Ashim Bose is an award-winning technologist and educator with a focus on AI-driven innovation and adoption. He has over 35 years of commercial experience in transforming technology businesses ranging from startups to multinational companies. He has an extensive record of innovative product launches and go-to-market strategies that have repeatedly accelerated revenue and margin and led to stock valuation growth and successful shareholder exit/liquidity events. He has launched transformative solutions in several industries including real estate, supply chain, healthcare, airlines, manufacturing, automotive, telecommunications and space. He also holds five U.S. patents.
He is a professor of practice at the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas. His teaching and research interests are in product strategy and management, agentic AI for business, and innovation and entrepreneurship. He is passionate about higher education and "paying it forward" by developing the next generation of technology leaders and researchers.
He also advises and consults with private equity firms, hedge funds, boards and C-suites around strategy, investments, and mergers and acquisitions. He is active in the professional and local community at the intersection of industry and academia. He was recently included in the Marquis Who’s Who for his contributions to information technology.
Ashim has a PhD in computer science from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, where his research and thesis was focused on artificial intelligence in design. He also has a master’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Houston.
