Conducted field research to document an accurate number and types of gang organizations in order to provide recommendations to adopt a comprehensive gang model to combat the proliferation of gangs in Arlington, TX.    (Qualitative Methods)

City of Arlington - Town North: Issues, Assets and Opportunities: A Survey of the Town North Neighborhood.

A survey of residents to gain a greater understanding of the neighborhood’s residents and their needs. Results indicated residents were most concerned with issues related to crime, employment, education, public disturbances, and traffic. (Mixed Methods: Qualitative and Quantitative)

City of Kennedale: Customer Satisfaction Assessment - Fire Department.

Examined services provided by the City of Kennedale’s Fire Department, ensuring that quality customer service is being delivered to businesses, residents, and visitors in accordance with the city’s mission statement. (Mixed methods: Qualitative & Quantitative)

The Stewpot of Dallas: Program Evaluation

Investigated program effectiveness from the youth (middle and high school) and parent’s perspective to ensure quality service is being offered. (Qualitative Methods)
